ar99999 Terms and Conditions for Pakistan Players

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you, the player ("you", "your"), and ar99999 ("ar99999", "we", "us", "our") concerning your use of the ar99999 website and all services offered through it — including sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, and any other gaming products made available from time to time.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to two business days depending on the receiving bank. ar99999 does not charge withdrawal processing fees.

3.4 Inactive Account Policy

An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered inactive. ar99999 will notify you via the registered contact details before applying a monthly Rs 200 administrative fee to the inactive account balance. Accounts with a zero balance following inactivity will be closed. You may reactivate a closed account by contacting support.

4. Betting Rules

4.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on ar99999 are subject to the platform's published odds at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except through the cash-out function where that option is available. It is your responsibility to check your bet slip before confirming.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

The minimum bet on any sporting event or casino game is Rs 100. Maximum bet limits are set per market and per event, and are visible on the bet slip at the time of placing. ar99999 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet accepted from any player at any time without providing a reason.

4.3 Void Bets and Erroneous Odds

ar99999 may void bets under the following circumstances:

• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond 24 hours of the scheduled start time
• The odds published were materially incorrect due to a system error or data feed failure
• The event is determined to have been subject to match-fixing or sporting fraud by the relevant governing body
• A technical failure on the ar99999 platform caused the bet to be placed in error

Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to your ar99999 account balance. Winnings generated from bets placed on clearly erroneous odds — for example, odds of 1.01 displayed incorrectly as 101.00 — will not be honoured and the bet will be settled at the correct odds or voided.

4.4 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting at ar99999 is subject to a delay of several seconds between events occurring and odds updating. ar99999 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed on an event that had already concluded, or where there is reasonable evidence that a player was in possession of real-time information unavailable to ar99999's odds compilers at the time the bet was placed.

4.5 Cash Out

Cash out is available on selected markets at ar99999's discretion. The cash-out offer represents a settlement figure calculated by ar99999 based on current live odds and remaining event time. Cash out is not available during periods of odds suspension, and ar99999 is not obligated to offer cash out on any specific bet. Where a cash-out request is submitted simultaneously with an event that resolves the bet, the full result settlement takes precedence.

5. Casino & Games

5.1 Game Availability

ar99999 offers RNG (Random Number Generator) casino games and live dealer games provided by third-party studio operators including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Playtech, among others. ar99999 does not operate game servers directly for live dealer content — this is managed by the licensed studio. Game availability may change without prior notice due to licencing or technical factors.

5.2 Fair Play and RNG Certification
